PIONEER A large 4 bedroom vacation home very near the lake with picture windows and a screened in porch was once the resort owner’s home. The 16’ x 20’ living room is large and recently equipped with all new furniture, carpeting, lamps, TV, and VCR. The recently remodeled bathrooms include 1 full bath with shower and 1 half bath. The both have tile floors and beautiful fixtures. A gorgeous fieldstone fireplace adds warmth and charm to any vacation. A half log staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms upstairs. They include 3 queen sized beds and 3 twin sized beds. The kitchen includes a snack bar and is open to the dining area which has a large dining table and a full size futon. Maximum number of guests allowed to use this unit is 10. The Pioneer has a TV and a VCR/DVD and a nice selection of videos. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and toaster.
